For the purposes of this document, "we", "us", "the bot", "Atom Music", or "Atom Music Bot" refers to the Atom Music Discord bot and its related services. References to "the bot" throughout this policy shall be understood to mean Atom Music Bot and its associated services.

The bot does not stream or play audio directly from Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube, or TIDAL. These services are used solely as metadata sources for information such as track titles, artist names, album details, playlists, and artwork.

The bot respects the intellectual property rights of content owners and responds to valid copyright and takedown requests.

3. Audio Sources

The bot does not host, upload, store, archive, distribute, or sell copyrighted audio content. Audio playback may be provided through publicly available third-party sources, where permitted, such as Internet Archive, NCS, and Pixabay Music. Audio is streamed in real time when requested by users. Users may also play their own local media files through supported bot features.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they request, access, or play through the bot. Users must ensure their use of the bot complies with applicable laws, copyright regulations, and the terms of any third-party services involved.

5. Copyright Complaints and Takedown Requests
